Hispanic Leadership Training Program 

The CNC offers training and networking to present and future Hispanic leaders in Miami-Dade County.  The Hispanic Leadership program (HLTP) aims at increasing the participation of Hispanics on boards, commissions, and committees through seminars led by experts who are themselves community leaders.

To date the HLTP has graduated over 350 Hispanic leaders from both the public and private sectors
